      What do I do if I entered the wrong address? 

      Please email support@reppit.co with the subject title: ‘Address Change’ and we will try our best to fix it. Please note that due to our fast processing of our manufactures often it is to late, If we cannot contact our Manufacturer in time, there will be no refund for items sent to the wrong address. This is Stated in our Refund Policy page. Orders sent to the wrong address are out of our Control, Please take time to double check your shipping details in checkout. 

       

      What can i do if i ordered the Wrong Size Ring/Bracelet?

      stated in our refund Policy, While also stated on the items with different sizes. We do not offer refunds to our customers who ordered a wrong size. we have stated it on all necessary pages where required, While also in our refund policy. We have taken the necessary steps to provide our customers with our suppliers sizing charts, in the images with steps on how to measure correctly. We Ship straight from the supplier to keep the prices crazy low, we have different shipping times, which creates strains on refunds and exchanges, Please understand and take time checking sizes.

       

      Can I cancel my order?

       

      Yes, if you can email us ASAP we can cancel your order.
      However, our FREE giveaway items are sales are final. 

       

      My delivery was damaged or broken in the mail, what do i do?

      we can send a replacement order free of charge, or a refund (read our Refund Policy page) if your sunglasses arrive broken or damaged. As long as the item is in the original packing. 

      Just email photos of the broken product, to Support@reppit.co with the subject title: ‘Broken’. We will respond to you shortly. 

       

      Are your products unisex? 

      Yes some of our Products are unisex, if they are they will appear in both the Women's and the Men's section. 

       

      Only 1 item arrived in my Package where are my other items?

      We ship individually from the source to keep our prices crazy low, all items come in separate packaging, and could arrive on different days. 

      i emailed customer service, how long will it take to respond? 

      Customers should expect a response within 24-48 hours from one of our representatives. Replies will be between Monday-Friday.
