Refund Policy


Returns/Refunds (if applicable)

Note: FREE promotional giveaway/Sale items are excluded from returns and Refunds. these sales are final.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for a simple change of mind.

Our policy lasts 8 days after receiving the product. In the 8 days upon receiving the product, you must let us know about your item. Any day after that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Note: you must show evidence of email receipt from courier stating which day it was delivered.
 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read more below. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will Advise you with a delivery destination.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot give you a refund if there are factors out of our control:
- you change your mind on the item you purchased.
- you provide us the wrong address.
- your order did not arrive due to not being cleared by customs, natural disasters.

Wrong Sizing (Bracelets/Rings)
Please check sizing with our added Sizing chart in Images, We do not offer exchanges or refunds for wrong sizing. We have provided steps with some sizing charts from our suppliers, for our Customers to work out what size to purchase. Our shipping times stated in our Shipping Policy can take time, this creates a strain on Exchanges and refunds for wrong sizing. Please understand and take time to check sizing.

We do not do Exchanges for any items. We accept refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@reppit.co.

Shipping times are estimated given to us by our Couriers, we are not responsible for late deliveries, as it is out of our control.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@reppit.co, We will get back to you and notify you on what to do.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us immediately through our email address and we will process returns promptly and provide full details of our Head Office to complete the refund. 
NOTE: Please do not send back your item until you have emailed us at Support@reppit.co. if you send your item without emailing us, you may not be applicable to refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
